What's Happening in Garboldisham

Garboldisham is a thriving village situated in the centre of East Anglia, at the head of the Little Ouse River on the edge of  the Brecks meandering through both the Norfolk/Suffolk borders.

The Village Hall, as should be, is the centre of village activities. 

Below are listed information on just a few of the recent or upcoming events held at the Village Hall.

 

We are organising a further series of Garboldisham Film Nights- yes complete with Ice-cream sales during the intermission - check out the website and 'parish mag.' for more information

An exiting programme of Live Music is planned for this comingSpring/Summer period. In conjunction with Diss Corn Hall, during it's refurbishment, several joint productions are being held.

 

The Social Nights will recommence in Spring with a Village Sports competition planned. With teams comprised from various village groups, Indoor sports such as Carpet Bowls, Darts and Table Tennis will be their Nemesis

Community Teas

Community Teas continue and are well attended; a chance for a 'mardle'. Do come along the second Wednesday of each month starting at 2.30pm
